Report a game issue

Please include the game name and version, your device model and iOS version, when the issue occurred, and the steps to reproduce it. Cover any personal information in screenshots before sending them. Do not send your Apple Account password, verification codes, or full payment details.

Game progress

Your progress is saved primarily on your device. Deleting the app or switching devices may cause you to lose your progress. Please check that you have a device backup before doing so.

Purchases and refunds

Ink Three Kingdoms has no in-app purchases. The purchase and refund information below applies only to Below Nascent Soul, All Are Ants.

Apple handles in-app purchases. If the game supports restoring purchases, use the same Apple Account you used to make the purchase. To request a refund, visit Apple’s Report a Problem website.
