1. Ink Three Kingdoms

Ink Three Kingdoms is currently a single-player, offline game. It does not require an account, offer in-app purchases, or display ads. It does not integrate Game Center, advertising services, or user analytics. The in-app purchase, Game Center, and advertising sections for Below Nascent Soul, All Are Ants below do not apply to Ink Three Kingdoms.

Game saves, campaign chronicles, collection progress, custom officer data, and settings such as language, sound, and tutorial hints are stored on your device to provide game features and preserve progress. We do not provide a cloud-save server for this game or upload these local records to our servers. Device backups may be managed by your operating system or your chosen backup service. Deleting the app or switching devices may cause you to lose this data.

2. Below Nascent Soul, All Are Ants

This section applies only to Below Nascent Soul, All Are Ants. Third-party features such as in-app purchases, Game Center, and Google AdMob apply only when they are available and enabled in the version you use.

Game progress and local data

The game stores scores, character unlock and purchase status, spirit stones, level progress, sound and vibration preferences, rewarded-ad counts, and similar records on your device to maintain game functionality and progress. You do not need a separate studio account. We do not operate our own game-save server or automatically upload these local records to our servers. Device backups may be managed by your operating system or your chosen backup service.

App Store in-app purchases

If you use in-app purchases, Apple processes the payments. The game uses product identifiers, transaction results, and purchase status to unlock content or restore purchases. We do not receive your full credit card number or bank account details. Apple handles data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Purchase history, refunds, and payment methods can be managed through Apple’s services.

Game Center leaderboards

If your version offers Game Center and you use it, the game uses Apple Game Center to verify your sign-in and submit scores and leaderboard identifiers. Apple displays player nicknames, scores, and other information according to your Game Center settings. You can manage your account and privacy options in your device’s Game Center settings. Apple handles the related data under its own policies.

Rewarded advertising and Google AdMob

If Google AdMob is enabled in your version of the game, you may choose to watch rewarded ads to receive in-game rewards. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses and approximate locations inferred from them, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data for ad delivery, measurement, service improvement, and fraud prevention. Actual processing depends on the SDK version, region, advertising settings, your consent, and device permissions.

If tracking across apps or websites on iOS is involved, permission must be obtained through Apple’s permission mechanism. You can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Refusing tracking does not mean advertising services stop processing all data. Where advertising consent or privacy options are offered for your region, you can also manage them through the in-game interface.
